Where do you ship?

We mainly ship to Italy. For an additional fee, we offer same-day delivery to select locations. We also offer shipping to the rest of the world.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Shipments are made Monday to Friday. Standard shipping takes approximately 5 business days during the normal season. In December and August, shipping times may be longer. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost for orders over € 100.

What do i do if i don't receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If the item is not delivered on time, please let us know and we will locate it. In the event that the order cannot be redirected within 24 hours, we will refund the shipping costs.

Returns

Which items can be returned?

Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition. Of course, in the event that an item arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately and we will provide a solution.

I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?

Gifts must be accompanied by a receipt in order to be returned. You will receive a gift card with a value corresponding to their selling price. Gifts can be returned within 28 days of the date they were purchased.
